SYNERGY 2024 Experience

This past April, The Mayflower at Winter Park, in collaboration with The Senior Dining Association, hosted a remarkable Chef Experience at our innovative “Cru Quarters” dining concept during the Synergy 2024 conference. The event was a spectacular success, praised by all 26 attendees.

Guests were treated to an exclusive menu showcasing the culinary excellence we uphold for our residents. Each dish was not only a feast for the taste buds but also artfully paired with wines selected to elevate the flavors. Our expert Chef and Sommelier enriched the experience by sharing the inspirations behind each pairing.

This event offered a unique opportunity for SDA members to network, share insights, and gather inspiration for new culinary ventures. It was a night of delightful dining and meaningful connections.
