The Senior Dining Association requires that all conference attendees must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR test to attend Synergy.
Prior to Synergy, you will be asked to upload a copy of your vaccine card or negative PCR test administered no earlier than 72 hours before the event.
If you do not upload your information prior to the conference, you must show proof onsite to gain entry to the event. We will accept either a vaccine card, printed or digital copy or negative PCR test results printed or digital copy. PCR test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours prior before the event.
The SDA will also follow all hotel, local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure the safety our our guests and the residents they serve. Guidelines may change depending on health orders and we will post the most current guidelines on the website.

Yes, payment is due at the time of registration. Online registration requires a credit card. To pay by check, please register online, print the registration statement page, include a check payable to "Senior Dining Association"—with a copy of the statement—then mail to Senior Dining Association, 1234 Mann Drive, Suite 200, Matthews, NC 28105. All checks must be received within 21 days of completion of the registration form, otherwise the registration will be cancelled.
