The SDA will follow all hotel, local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and the residents they serve.  Guidelines may change depending on health orders, and we will post the most current guidelines on the website.

The SDA Senior Dining & Hospitality Conference  will be held April 13-17, 2026, at the Hilton Charlotte University City.

All senior living and dining professionals including Directors of Dining, Chefs, VPs of Dining and Operations, Dietitians, Executive Directors, and C-Level executives. Anyone who cares about the senior dining industry and wants to stay up on the latest trends, learn best practices, and network with the industry’s most talented professionals.

Absolutely! One of our primary goals is to encourage networking and collaborative relationship building within the larger senior dining community. There are numerous opportunities within each SDA event that should prove especially beneficial.

The speakers are industry professionals and/or subject matter experts laser-focused on Senior Dining. We will be updating our list daily. 

The attire for the conference and all events is Business Casual.

Yes, payment is due at the time of registration. Online registration requires a credit card. To pay by check, please register online, print the registration statement page, include a check payable to "Senior Dining Association"—with a copy of the statement—then mail to Senior Dining Association,  3122 Fincher Farm Rd, Ste 100-232, Matthews, NC 28105. All checks must be received within 21 days of completion of the registration form; otherwise the registration will be cancelled.
