Operators & Residents

This registration is for individuals directly working at a senior living community or those employed by a company that manages or owns multiple communities, including contract foodservice professionals. It also applies to residents living in a senior living community who wish to participate in the full conference experience. Includes all meals, receptions, education sessions, expo access, networking events, and CEU certificate.

Additional Information

Guest Meal Passes

SDA provides guest passes for evening receptions, perfect for attendees bringing along spouses, friends, or family. Please note that guest passes are not available for regular attendees or additional vendor company representatives; these individuals should register at the appropriate attendee rate. Guest passes can be added during registration or by contacting us at Kathie@seniordining.org 


Cost

All meals and receptions: $450

Welcome celebration reception: $150

Awards lunch celebration: $120

Continuing Education Certificate

CEU certificate of attendance will be given to all full conference attendees upon request.

Special Needs

The SDA is committed to making our activities accessible to all individuals, as determined by the  Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) . Please contact us before the conference if we can help accommodate any special needs. 

Attire

The attire for the conference and all events is business casual.

Conference registration will be cancelled if checks are not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.

General Information

Registration: You may register multiple people with one form, if they all have the same membership type.

Badge Policy

Contractors, brokers, or consultants are not eligible to have a badge under another exhibiting company's name. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE March 13, 2026. 


NO REFUNDS will be given after March 14, 2026.  Tickets are transferable within your organization. 


E-mail all written cancellations to Kathie Ritterson at kathie@seniordining.org . The SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.
