SDA provides guest passes for evening receptions, perfect for attendees bringing along spouses, friends, or family. Please note that guest passes are not available for regular attendees or additional vendor company representatives; these individuals should register at the appropriate attendee rate. The attire for the conference and all events is Business Casual.

Conference registration will be cancelled if checks are not received within 21 business days of completion of the registration form.
Registration: You may register multiple people with one form, if they all have the same register membership type.
WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE March 21, 2025.
NO REFUNDS will be given after March 21, 2025. Tickets are transferable within your organization.
E-mail all written cancellations to Kathie Ritterson at kathie@seniordining.org . The SDA has the right to cancel any registration for any reason deemed by the association. Registrations will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.
Contractors, brokers, or consultants are not eligible to have a badge under another exhibiting company's name.
